A Historic Effort

Community Donates Record-Setting Amount for Hospital … and Climbing!

Our regional community has made the “Any Day. Any Time. Every One” campaign the most successful in Glens Falls Hospital’s 129-year history.

With more than $18 million in pledges to date, the campaign has far exceeded the original goal of $15 million, and put the hospital well on its way to completing three critically important projects without incurring any new debt.

This is an historically momentous community effort … and the momentum continues!

Thanks to our community’s generosity:

  • our new Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) opened in early 2025. A dedicated part of our Sheridan Emergency Department, the CSU provides expert, compassionate care to people who are in the midst of a behavioral health crisis;

  • our new Sheridan Emergency Department is on schedule for completion in early 2027. More than 7,000-square-feet larger, fully modernized, and redesigned for a more private, personalized and comfortable patient experience, the new Department will further enhance the tremendous skill and expertise of our emergency care specialists;

  • our Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit will be fully renovated and modernized for the first time in more than 50 years, give our friends and family members in need the modern, upgraded care environment they need to find comfort, answers, and a path toward a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life.

There is still time for you to join this historic community effort for our not-for-profit community hospital – or to increase your already generous gift. Click here to make a gift today.

“I have been part of the Glens Falls Hospital team for over 36 years and I can’t remember another time when we’ve enjoyed such an extended outpouring of community support as we’ve experienced this decade. From the darkest days of the pandemic when community members paraded down Hudson Avenue to thank our caregivers, to the continuing, overwhelming response to our “Any Day. Any Time. Every One” campaign, this is already a decade for the ages.”

“From day one of this campaign in 2023, community members have understood the need, embraced our goals, opened their hearts, and asked, ‘How can we help our hospital?’ The thoughtfulness and generosity has been overwhelming, from our major donors to community members on fixed incomes who wanted to thank the hospital for all it has done for themselves and their families over the years. This truly is a comprehensive, community campaign.”
